Milpitas Food Pantry - Vegetable & Herb Garden

Project Details: In past years the Food Pantry has had a garden onsite where they raise fresh vegetables, herbs and fruit to augment the donated food items they make available to needy families. Due to COVID, we'd like this to be a stable group of 8-10 people who will tend to the garden before or after the food distribution hours, which are Monday - Thursday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. This way we can limit the number of interactions and maximize safety. The group will work out the exact hours they'll tend the garden.
