Delete Sponsoring Church

Use this form to delete a sponsoring church from appearing on the "Who are we?" page.  THIS OPTION WILL DELETE ALL YOUR CHURCH INFORMATION FROM THE SITE.  If you are only interested in deleting an item in your church's listing, click the Back button on your browser and use the Change church information button.
